Tater Tot Casserole  

1 lb. ground beef

3 1/2 cups mixed vegetables

2 10 1/2 ounce cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 16-ounce package Tater Tots


Brown meat. Drain juices. Save juice.

Combine soup and pepper with juices from meat and vegetables in medium saucepan. Heat. Add vegetables and meat. Adjust seasonings. Place in 3 quart casserole dish.

Spread tater tots on top of meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until potatoes are brown, about 45 minutes.

Yield: 6 to 8 one cup servings.
