Peanut Butter Dessert

 

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup melted margarine

1 pound cream cheese

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup whipping cream

1/3 cup chopped peanuts

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

1/2 cup hot coffee

1/2 cup chopped peanuts


Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press into bottom of greased 9 x 13" pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, whipping cream, and peanuts. Spread over cooled graham cracker crust. Melt chocolate chips. Blend in coffee. Spread chocolate over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
