Slim Apple Crisp

Makes: 8 servings
Prep: 30 minutes
Cook: 45 minutes


8 cups sliced, peeled cooking apples
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup quick-cooking oats
¼ cup flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soft margarine, melted
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon


1. Combine apples, sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.

2. Place in 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Cover with foil and bake at 375° F for 25 minutes.

4. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over partially cooked apples.

5. Return crisp to oven and bake uncovered for 20 more minutes.


Per serving: 195 calories, 45 g carbohydrate, 1 g protein, 3 g fat, 80 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol.
