Chicken Noodle Casserole

3 cups cooked noodles
1 tablespoon melted margarine
6 tablespoons skim milk
1 2/3 cups chicken/turkey broth
6 tablespoons flour
3 cups cooked, diced chicken/turkey
½ cup grated American cheese
½ cup corn flake crumbs

Blend together melted margarine, skim milk, broth, and flour. Heat until hot and mixture becomes thickened like gravy. Add gravy mixture to noodles and poultry. Toss lightly. Place mixture into a casserole dish, and top with grated cheese and cornflake crumbs.

Cover and bake at 350° until cheese is melted, about 45 minutes.
