Chicken Broccoli Casserole
2 cups cream of chicken soup
¾ cup chicken broth
½ tablespoon prepared mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1½ lbs frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
4½ cups cooked rice
3¾ cup boned chicken, cooked and diced
¼ cup chopped onion
Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Combine soup, broth, mustard, salt and pepper and 2 cups cheddar cheese. Heat
to melt cheese. Mix together broccoli, rice and chicken; stir into sauce.
Place in a 9x13” greased pan. Sprinkle top of pan with ¾ cup
shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
