Peanut Butter Cake
1 white cake mix

1 cup + 2 Tablespoons water

6 Tablespoons smooth peanut butter

½ cup whipped topping

1/4 cup powdered sugar

2 Tablespoons smooth peanut butter


Pour half the water in a bowl. Add the cake mix; mix at low speed for 1 minute.
Add remaining water gradually while mixing; add peanut butter. Mix until blended.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or
until done. Allow cake to cool before frosting.

Blend whipped topping and powdered sugar together. At medium speed, beat
until full volume. Turn mixer to low and add peanut butter. Frost cake.
