Macaroni and Cheese 


INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
Margarine, melted 2T
Flour 2T
Salt 3/4 tsp
Skim Milk 1 1/2 cups
Grated American Cheese 10 oz
Cooked elbow macaroni or rotini macaroni 5 cups
Toss macaroni noodles and grated cheese.  Blend together melted margarine, flour, salt and skim milk.  Pour over macaroni mixture.  Place in a baking dish.  Cover.  Bake until cheese is melted and macaroni is heated thoroughly - 1 hour at 350 degrees.
