Lasagna Soup 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 cup canned diced tomatoes, drained 3/4 cup diced roasted red peppers, drained 1 Tablespoon basil 12 sliced garlic bread |
2 cups pasta
3 (10-ounce) can Condensed Tomato Soup 3 cans water ½ pound cooked ground beef 3/4 cup cottage cheese 2 ½ Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta. Rinse and drain. Store covered in refrigerator at 40 degrees or lower. In large saucepan mix soup and water. Add beef, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, tomatoes and peppers. Stir often. Add pasta and basil. Portion 1 cup serving; serve with 1 slice garlic bread. 12 servings of 1 cup each.
