Green Bean Caesar
Casserole Ingredients:
1½ pounds fresh green beans
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon instant minced onions
¼ teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Topping Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Paprika, as needed
Prepare and cook green beans. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Toss remaining casserole ingredients with beans. Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole dish.
Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle paprika over top of casserole.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes at 350° F, until thoroughly heated.
