Easy Chili Con Carne
| 3/4 lb.
ground beef
1 can tomato soup 1 can kidney beans, drained ½ green pepper, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced |

Salt, pepper, hot sauce and chili powder to taste Saute onion, garlic,
and green pepper until tender. Remove from pan. Brown ground beef, Add 1 cup water. Mix well and let simmer covered until thick. Enjoy by the bowl, on hot dogs or hamburgers!
