Easy Chili Con Carne
3/4 lb. ground beef 

1 can tomato soup

1 can kidney beans, drained

½ green pepper, diced

1 medium onion, diced

1 clove garlic, minced


Salt, pepper, hot sauce and chili powder to taste

Saute onion, garlic, and green pepper until tender. Remove from pan. Brown ground beef,
breaking up continually. Return vegetables to pan and add soup and beans and pieces.

Add 1 cup water. Mix well and let simmer covered until thick.

Enjoy by the bowl, on hot dogs or hamburgers!
