Check food labels for fat and calories


If you are trying to lose weight by limiting your fat intake, you are on the right track. Just remember to also watch the number of calories that are in the foods you consume.

 

Many products advertise “Low Fat” or “Non-Fat”, but contain added sugar, which can make them just as high in calories as the full fat products.

 

Be a smart shopper and be sure to check the food labels for fat and calories.
