The
Link:
The
Link is a support group for adults with heart disease
and/or diabetes. This group meets monthly in the afternoon.
Each month features a different expert on topics relating
to diabetes and heart disease. The group is free to
attend and you do not need to call ahead. The Link welcomes
anyone to attend.

Kids with Diabetes Family Network:
Dealing
with a diagnosis of diabetes is difficult enough, but when
it happens to your child it can be overwhelming. Kids with
diabetes face many challenges no matter what their age, and
to help with those challenges we have a monthly support group
for both your child with diabetes and the parent(s).
This group
meets montly during the school year and is a time where your
child can play with others who also have diabetes and you
can network with other parents dealing with similiar struggles.
