Choose to Live

Choose to Live is a group class taught by the diabetes educator. Choose to Live will teach you in depth about diabetes and the tools to manage diabetes. Once you have completed your initial assessment you have the option of scheduling this class.

During class you will have the opportunity to ask questions, and gain knowledge from others sharing the same experience.

You will receive a packet of information to take home with you.
