The U.P. Anticoagulation Clinic (AC) was established at FamilyCare Doctors in Marquette, Michigan on December 1, 2003, and was expanded to Delta County in February 14, 2005, with the opening of the Doctors Park Family Physicians clinic in Escanaba.

The Marquette AC also manages, via telephone consultation, anticoagulation therapy for MGHS patients from the Negaunee, Harvey, Grand Marais and Trenary areas.

The anticoagulation clinics are staffed by specially trained Registered Nurses and a Pharmacist. Clinic hours are as follows:
