I have been working as a medical physicist in Radiation Oncology since 1998. Prior to joining Marquette in 2007, I was the Chief Medical Physicist of 3 other PhD physicists, 5 dosimetrists, and 1 Computer systems administrator for 5 years at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.  Prior to obtaining my PhD in Medical Physics I worked as a research Scientist with Dupont for 6 years.

I enjoy research, and have published extensively in the medical field as well as review papers for publication. I continue to strive to present my work at major national conferences, and mentor younger physicists entering the field of Medical physics.

My goal is to ensure that every patient receives the best quality radiation treatment available by promoting and implementing the newest clinical techniques available to the Upper Peninsula.
