Karen has worked at Marquette General Health System since 1986, and has worked in a social worker capacity since 1992.  In her role as a Behavioral Health Therapist, Karen provides mental health and substance abuse evaluations and therapy as well as group therapy. 

Karen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Northern Michigan University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University in 1998.  She is certified by the Academy of Certified Social Workers and is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
