MGHS Escort Service

 

In an effort to improve service to our patients, an escort service is available at Marquette General Hospital.  This helping hand is made possible through the efforts of the Volunteer Services and the Patient Access Department at Marquette General Hospital. 

 

Who: Any patient or guest of Marquette General Hospital who expresses a need or appears to need assistance in traveling the halls of the hospital.
   
What: Escort and/or wheelchair assistance to any location on the Marquette General Hospital campus.
   
Where: Access to the escort service will be centered in the Robert C. Neldberg lobby/Patient Access area.
   
Why: To improve services to our guests.
   
How: Patients and or family shall be instructed to use the Robert C. Neldberg lobby entrance to receive this service.  A call to Patient Access prior to arrival would be helpful but not required.  Call (906) 225-3302.
